Flaunt It & Have Confidence...
I'm loving this outfit... can't y'all tell? From the overall trend to the ruffle top and to these adorable statement earrings from The Trend Shop too... what's there not to love? These overalls I have been raving about and are from the Gap. I have shared these in a previous post and this adorable top is from Pink Blush. I'm wearing a small and tend to always order a small since some items will run on the larger side. I love wearing items from Pink Blush because all of the material is super soft and comfortable. Plus, pieces from Pink Blush are always on the trendy side.
I know overalls aren't for everyone, but they CAN be! It's all about how you style them. When I wear overalls, I have styled it with a basic tee, ruffle top or an off the shoulder top. It always looked adorable! Here's the rule of thumb... y'all can wear anything you want as long as it fits and you act like a rock star in it. When you do, I promise you can wear everything. It all starts with the confidence that you show. Shop these adorable overalls here and the rest of this fun outfit below...
Okay I just need to spill the beans... I had a conversation with someone the other day, it proceeded as a normal conversation about blogging. Then the conversation made a switch for the worst... they proceeded to tell me that I need to change what I'm doing on the blog. Yes, they're probably might be right. That truly wasn't the point of coversation, then it changed to debate y'all! It was all about how someone who is 27 years old can't wear what a 52 year can wear. LET ME TELL YOU... anyone can wear anything just as long as it's appropriate! I wear things that my mother would wear and my mother wears things I would wear. SO, the fact is a 52 year old can wear what a mid-twenty old can wear! I have plenty of 52 year old clients who I've styled + they LOVED wearing those pieces. It all comes down to the BIG C WORD... CONFIDENCE! If you have none, then yes you'll probably not wear the trendy things. Y'all this topic gets me heated up, as you can tell. My point is that you can flaunt anything you wear as long as you flaunt it! -RANT OVER-
Long story short, if y'all need any type of styling advice I would absolutely love to help... no age limit or anything (wink wink) ... So if you're reading this, go try on some overalls and rock it!
